A new look on the same old problems…
Find in this work :After the Red Book (not Mao's but that of the despised scientific African socialism blended with romazava) of 1975, the crumbling '90s' structural adjustments and the DSRP (strategical documents for poverty reduction), the island is entering a new development schedule: the MAP, or Madagascar Action Plan, with the hope that, this time, the creation (first) and the redistribution (afterwards) of new riches will be emphasized rather than poverty reduction. In half a century of independence, Madagascar has become one of the poorest countries in the world, and all development policies up to now have failed utterly. Though culturally and naturally rich, Madagascar is at the bottom of the ladder. Is it that the island lacks the fighting spirit required for development? The causes of this lack of development have been debated over and over and a bunch of experts and other profiteers are making the most of the bi and multi lateral help funds and projects ?
